The greens I started from seed in January are finally full grown! It’s time to keep harvesting from the outer leaves of each plant so they keep producing. I pick a few leaves every morning, it’s the best salad of my life – I’m grazin.
It’s been a long wait for them, but I’m pretty happy with my grow light from harbor freight that got them started in the dark winter. I’ll get a couple more lights next year. The sprouts have been outside for 6 weeks in a cold frame, but they’re fine with a light frost.
Also waiting on my latent peas tower, and Roma tomato babies indoor for a couple more weeks, hyacinth out front.
